France – Repair and maintenance services of security equipment – Maintenance of Fire Safety Equipment for Common Areas (IPC) and Garages (IGR) throughout the Alpes Isère Habitat property portfolio—2027–2031

Each lot will be awarded separately. The services are paid for at unit and fixed prices. This consultation concerns the maintenance (servicing, regulatory inspections and repairs) of Fire Safety equipment for Common Areas (IPC) and Garages (IGR) throughout the Alpes Isère Habitat property portfolio (residential and tertiary buildings) entrusted to the Territorial Directorates of Bourgoin, Echirolles, Fontaine, Pont-de-Chéruy, Roussillon, St-Martin-D'Hères and Voiron and to the Human Capital Protection and Enhancement Department. (Annexes 8, 2 and 3) Lists of equipment: - Fire safety systems for residential common areas (IPC), - Fire safety systems for common areas of tertiary premises (IPC), - Fire safety systems for residential garages (IGR), excluding fire extinguishers, - Fire safety systems for garages of tertiary premises (IGR), excluding fire extinguishers, - Regulatory inspection of fire doors. Maintenance covers all interventions and work intended to continuously ensure a level of performance, comfort and safety for the existing equipment. High-quality maintenance actively contributes to the quality of service provided to tenant customers and Alpes Isère Habitat personnel. Maintenance operations must comply with the regulations in force and accepted professional standards. This contract is of the P2 type. P2 corresponds to preventive and corrective maintenance and on-call duty. The CONTRACTOR is subject to an obligation to achieve results.
