The contract that is the subject of this call for tenders concerns the rental, maintenance & remote reading of cold water and domestic hot water meters installed in the housing complexes managed by OPAC De l'Oise. In view of the current service life of the meters, the buyer wishes to retain the existing meters where keeping them is technically possible and compatible with the proposed remote reading solution. The services are covered by a single lot. The contract is concluded for a firm period of ten (10) years from 1 June 2026 to 31 May 2036. If notification cannot take place before 1 June 2026, the contract would then take effect on the date on which it is notified to the contractor, with the expiry date remaining 31 May 2036. The contract covers two types of services: o Rental, Maintenance and remote reading services handled at a fixed price o Ancillary services handled by applying the prices specified in the unit price schedule. The unit-priced services shall be performed with no minimum amount and with a maximum of 500,000 euro(s) excluding tax over the total duration of the contract. Procedure: open.
