The project consists of the extensive restructuring of the building located at 31 Boulevard d'Athènes in Marseille, a former hotel built at the end of the 19th century. The objective is to transform this building into a modern office space accommodating various entities of the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur Academic Region Rectorate.
