France – Restructuring work – Restructuring work for Medical Rehabilitation Care activities at the Bavilliers site (90) for the Nord Franche-Comté Hospital

This consultation is being launched following the decision to discontinue formal procedure No. GHT-2026-005 on grounds of general interest of an economic and financial nature, resulting from the incompatibility of the bids with the available funding, combined with insufficient competition. Its purpose is to award works contracts for the Restructuring of Medical Rehabilitation Care activities at the Bavilliers site (90). The Nord Franche-Comté GHT consists of the Nord Franche-Comté Hospital (HNFC) and its annexes as the supporting establishment and CHSLD Le Chênois as the participating establishment. The Nord Franche-Comté Hospital, as the supporting establishment, is the PURCHASER. The Contracting Authority is the Nord Franche-Comté Hospital (HNFC). The project will use one of the levels of the CHSLD building known as “le Ballon” and construct an extension from the northern gable end of the Ballon to accommodate Care and Rehabilitation activities. The services planned in this Restructuring/Extension are: - 60 SSR beds divided into 2 units of 30 beds - A 24-bed neurogeriatrics unit (2 x 12 beds with a UCC and a UNG) - A 20-place Gerontology Day Hospital - A rehabilitation technical platform - Premises supporting the activity - Outdoor areas required for the activity (gardens, parking, roadways, etc.) - A day-care facility for 24 users, Giving a total capacity of 128 beds and places. The project to be built is on a bare, vacant plot acquired by the HNFC in 2023. The demolition of the pre-existing building (former residential facility) was carried out in late 2023/early 2024. The project forms a continuation of the Le Chênois EHPAD, a group of interconnected buildings arranged around the “Château,” which was delivered between 2018 and 2020.
