Opportunity description

The procurement procedure used is the open call for tenders. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the French Public Procurement Code. The services are divided into 8 lots. Each lot will be the subject of a framework agreement. Candidates may submit tenders for all lots. The framework agreement with a maximum is concluded pursuant to Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders. The maximum annual amounts for the duration of the framework agreements are indicated in the commitment documents and in Article 1.4 of the consultation regulations. The maximum amount for each renewal period will be identical to that of the initial period. Each lot will be awarded to a maximum of 3 economic operators (subject to a sufficient number of tenders).
