This multi-award framework agreement concerns maintenance, repair or improvement works for the roads of the Béthune-Bruay, Artois Lys Romane Agglomeration Community. It will give rise to the issuance of purchase orders and the conclusion of subsequent contracts, depending on the complexity of the projects or their degree of urgency. The framework agreement is divided into two lots: Lot 1 North-West sector and Lot 2 South-East sector. Each lot will be awarded to a maximum of 3 economic operators (subject to a sufficient number of tenders). The maximum amount of the services per period is €2,000,000 excluding VAT, for each lot. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 24 months from the date of notification, tacitly renewable once under the same conditions. This lot concerns maintenance, repair or improvement works for the CABBALR in the North-West sector. It will give rise to the issuance of purchase orders and the conclusion of subsequent contracts, depending on the complexity of the projects or their degree of urgency. Each lot will be awarded to a maximum of 3 economic operators (subject to a sufficient number of tenders). The maximum amount of the services for the initial period is €2,000,000 excluding VAT. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 24 months from the date of notification, tacitly renewable once under the same conditions. This lot concerns maintenance, repair or improvement works for the CABBALR in the South-East sector. It will give rise to the issuance of purchase orders and the conclusion of subsequent contracts, depending on the complexity of the projects or their degree of urgency. Each lot will be awarded to a maximum of 3 economic operators (subject to a sufficient number of tenders). The maximum amount of the services for the initial period is 2,000,000 Euros excluding VAT.
