Contract relating to horizontal road-marking work on the departmental road network - 2 lots. This consultation concerns an Open Call for Tenders (AOO) procedure pursuant to Articles R.2113-1 to -3, R.2124-1 and -2, R.2131-16 and -17, R.2161-1 to -5, R.2162-1 to -6 and R.2162-13 and -14 of the Public Procurement Code. This contract is concluded from the date prescribed by the service order issued by the contracting authority and notified to the contractor, for a period of one year. It may be tacitly renewed three times by the awarding authority, for periods of one year, without its total duration exceeding four years. It is divided into 2 lots: Lot No. 1: Central and Western sectors, it is concluded with a minimum annual amount of 250 000 euro(s) excluding tax and a maximum annual amount of 1 000 000 euro(s) excluding tax.
