The service provider shall provide reinforcement for the road transport of SNCF personnel using light vehicles, between stations, facilities, or other addresses within the geographical area of the Hauts-de-France region. Contracts for the light road transport of SNCF personnel are subject to the provisions governing Private Transport (Decree No. 2018736 of 21 August 2018, Articles R31311 et seq. of the Transport Code). Orders and trips may be placed and carried out 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year, by reservation or upon immediate request. The candidate shall have dispatch software capable of interfacing with the SNCF GALAC'SI application. Procedure: neg-w-call.
