France – Roadworks – Framework agreements for repair and development works on road infrastructure and other departmental properties (2025–2029)

Opportunity description

The purpose of these framework agreements is to carry out various works, whose nature and content vary, on the departmental road network and on the infrastructure of other departmental properties (car parks and access roads to secondary schools, etc.). These works requirements are generally caused by: - The need to intervene to address damage caused by severe weather due to rainy periods, pre- or post-cyclonic events, rockfalls, etc.; - The need to safeguard road assets (retaining structures, hydraulic networks, surface works); - The need to implement safety improvements for users (treatment of intersections, pedestrian routes, etc.); - The need to improve road assets through substantial development works (roundabouts, urban development, etc.). Repair and maintenance works: repair of roadways, parapets and pavements, repair and stabilisation of shoulders. Development works excluding specific works: improvement of hydraulic networks, safety improvements, construction of retaining walls, installation of box culverts with maximum dimensions of 2m*3m, minor urban development works. Specific development works: works amounting to more than 800,000 euro(s), deep excavation works, works requiring particular technical expertise. Procedure: open. Estimated value: 17,420,000 EUR.
