Opportunity description

The purpose of this contract is the preventive and corrective upkeep and maintenance of the roofs, glass roofs, box gutters, gutters and rainwater downpipes of the ÉNSA VERSAILLES buildings. The contract is concluded in the form of a single-award framework agreement performed partly at a global and fixed price and partly through the issuance of purchase orders. The fixed-price portion covers the preventive maintenance services defined in the CCTP, including in particular scheduled periodic visits, inspection, cleaning and routine maintenance operations, as well as minor repairs included in the fixed price. The purchase-order portion covers corrective maintenance, repair and troubleshooting services performed according to the needs of ÉNSA VERSAILLES. The framework agreement is concluded with a single contractor. It is performed in accordance with the provisions of this CCAP, the CCTP, the BPU and the DPGF.
