Opportunity description

Lot no. 4 of the contract referred to in the subject was declared unsuccessful due to irregular tenders in accordance with Articles L.2152-2 and R.2152-1 of the French Public Procurement Code. The Contracting Authority therefore decided to relaunch this lot. The procurement procedure used is the open invitation to tender. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the French Public Procurement Code. The contract is awarded using the single-awardee framework agreement purchasing technique (executed via purchase orders), with no minimum and with a maximum, pursuant to Articles L. 2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to 2162-6 and R. 2162-13 to R. 2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code of 1 April 2019. Candidates may submit tenders only for lot no. 4.
