Opportunity description

The purpose of this contract is to provide services for the purchase and rental of equipment for screening persons, baggage and goods, together with the associated installation, technical maintenance and dismantling services, as well as security guard services to screen persons participating in diplomatic events organized by PROEVINT. In the context of events organized by the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs in metropolitan France, lot 1 of this framework agreement covers: 1) The rental of equipment for screening persons, baggage and goods 2) Installation, technical maintenance and dismantling services at the site(s) of summits, international conferences and expert meetings organized by the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs, according to the needs defined by the Public Entity 3) Assistance in preparing the technical documents necessary to define the requirements. In the context of events organized by the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs in metropolitan France outside the Ministry's premises in Île-de-France, lot 2 of this framework agreement covers security services, including operators authorized to use equipment for screening persons and baggage. In the context of the Public Entity's daily security missions at MEAE sites, lot 3 of this framework agreement covers the purchase and maintenance of the following equipment: X-ray machines, walk-through metal detectors, magnetometers, portable vehicle inspection mirrors.
