France – Safety training services – MANDATORY SAFETY TRAINING SERVICES (6 LOTS)

Opportunity description

Adapted procedure (Art. L2123-1 of the Code) in accordance with Articles R2123-1 3° (training services), R2123-4 & 5 of the Code. Six lots. For each lot, this is a single-award framework agreement for services concluded without a minimum and with the following maximum for each period of the framework agreement: Lot 1: maximum 40,000 euro(s) excluding tax / Lot 2: maximum 20,000 euro(s) excluding tax /Lot 3: maximum 20,000 euro(s) excluding tax / Lot 4: maximum 20,000 euro(s) excluding tax / Lot 5: maximum 60,000 euro(s) excluding tax / Lot 6: maximum 40,000 euro(s) excluding tax. In accordance with Articles R2162-13 & 14 of the Code, it will be performed through the issuance of purchase orders, which will be notified by the buyer as and when required. For each lot, the contract is concluded from the date of its notification to the contractor for an initial period of 1 year. The contract may be renewed for successive periods of 1 year, for a maximum renewal period of 3 years. The estimated value indicated below is calculated on the basis of the maximum amount per period for each lot and over the maximum duration (including the initial period and renewals) Training in the operation of machinery, CACES and AIPR.
