France – Sale of real estate – Management mandate for the sale of real estate assets belonging to the Gironde Department

Opportunity description

This consultation is being conducted with a view to concluding a multi-award framework agreement intended to establish the terms governing the purchase orders to be issued for real estate marketing services on behalf of the Gironde Department. The Departmental Council owns a real estate portfolio comprising properties of various types (single-family homes, apartment buildings, commercial premises, warehouses, offices, developed or undeveloped land), some of which are no longer needed for the performance of its public service duties. In order to optimize the management of its portfolio and enhance the value of its assets, the Department wishes to engage service providers specializing in real estate marketing, capable of handling the entire sale process, from finding buyers through to the signing of the authentic deed of sale before a notary. Each framework agreement shall take effect from its notification date for a period of one year. On each anniversary of its notification date, it may then be tacitly renewed 3 time(s), for one year each, without its total duration exceeding 4 years. The service provider may not object to this.
