Opportunity description

The purpose of this consultation is to carry out adaptation, renovation and improvement work on the bathrooms of Habitats de Haute-Alsace's housing stock, mainly in occupied dwellings. The services notably concern the replacement of bathtubs with accessible showers, the installation of equipment supporting independent living at home, and the adaptation of sanitary equipment to the needs of elderly persons or persons with reduced mobility. The services may be carried out across the entire housing stock managed by Habitats de Haute-Alsace, comprising approximately 10,000 dwellings distributed across 112 municipalities in the Haut-Rhin department; the dwellings concerned may contain materials or products containing asbestos or lead. Candidates must have the qualifications, training and resources necessary to perform the work in compliance with the regulations applicable to these risks. The contract is awarded in the form of a multi-award framework agreement concluded with three contractors. The framework agreement will be performed through the issuance of purchase orders, under the conditions set out in the CCAP Procedure: open. Estimated value: 4,000,000 EUR.
