Design and delivery of meals using the cold-chain process for the school cafeterias of public nursery and elementary schools, nurseries and non-residential leisure centers of the City of Aix-les-Bains. Adapted procedure provided for in Article R2123-1 3° of the Public Procurement Code (CCP) for contracts concerning social and other specific services. This is a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders provided for in Articles R 2162-1 to R 2162-6 of the CCP for the following maximum annual amount: 1 500 000 € excluding tax. Duration: one year from 1 September 2026 or from the notification date if it is later than 1 September 2026. Renewable 3 times.
