This is a framework agreement with purchase orders awarded pursuant to Articles R.2162-1 to R.2162-6 and R.2162-13 to R.2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code, with no minimum amount and with a maximum annual expenditure amount of €200,000 excluding tax, i.e. €800,000 excluding tax over 4 years. The contract is awarded for a period of 12 months from its notification date. It may be expressly renewed 3 times for the same period. The total duration of the contract is 48 months. The work consists of mowing, pruning to the required clearance gauge, restoring hedgerows along municipal roads and on fallow or grassy land, felling trees, urban scrub clearance, clearing scrub from settling basins, as well as special emergency-work interventions.
