The services are the subject of a single-award framework agreement performed through the issuance of purchase orders, with no minimum and with a maximum amount set at 350,000 euros excluding tax per year. The estimated value is 166496.77 euros excluding tax, for 1 year, with no commitment on the part of the Department. The framework agreement is concluded upon notification for an initial period of 1 year. It may be tacitly renewed 3 times for a renewal period of 1 year, although its total duration may not exceed 4 years.
