Opportunity description

The framework agreement will be performed through the issuance of purchase orders. Each lot will be awarded separately. The services are paid for based on unit and lump-sum prices. The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide surveillance, guarding, and fire safety services for the premises of Université Paris-Saclay. This contract concerns the performance of the services defined in Articles L 611-1 to L 648-1 and R 611-1 to R 648-1 of the Internal Security Code relating to private security activities. The assignment is that normally performed by human surveillance companies whose agents provide fixed and mobile surveillance of professional sites and premises of all kinds.
