Opportunity description

The contract concerns the installation, rental and maintenance of equipment intended to protect vacant housing and premises within Dynacité's property portfolio. The contract is the subject of a framework agreement executed through the issuance of purchase orders WITH A MAXIMUM EXCLUDING TAX, WITHOUT A MINIMUM, concluded with 1 economic operator. The contract includes a maximum amount excluding tax over the total duration of the contract (including renewal). The contract takes effect and is performed from the date of notification. Duration: 1 year. The contract may be renewed three times for a period of 1 year. The renewal provided for in the contract is tacit and the contractor may not oppose it. The Contracting Authority shall issue a written decision not to renew the contract at least three months before the expiry date. The contract is concluded at revisable unit prices under the conditions of Articles R.2112-6 to R.2112-14 of the French Public Procurement Code. Refer to the tender documents. Procedure: open.
