France – Security services – SURVEILLANCE, FIRE SAFETY AND REMOTE MONITORING OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ANGERS SITES

Opportunity description

This consultation concerns the performance of the following services: - Surveillance/interventions at the sites 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and opening and closing of the premises - Security surveillance and fire safety at certain sites - Remote monitoring of the University of Angers sites and related services. This is a “composite” framework agreement concluded with a single economic operator, comprising one part handled in the form of an ordinary contract and one part handled in the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders. The “ordinary contract” part concerns the fixed-price surveillance, fire safety and remote monitoring services for the University of Angers sites described in Annex 1 to the act of commitment, Breakdown of the Global and Fixed Price. The “framework agreement with purchase orders” part concerns the services outside the fixed price described in Annex 2 to the act of commitment. The framework agreement with a maximum is awarded pursuant to Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders. The maximum annual amount of orders is 125,000.00 euro(s) excluding tax. The maximum amount of orders for the duration of the contract is 500,000.00 euro(s) excluding tax. Procedure: open. Estimated value: 500,000 EUR.
