The purpose of this contract is the production of biological samples intended for the National Quality Control “Identification by Genetic Fingerprinting” organized by the French National Agency for the Safety of Medicines and Health Products (ANSM). These samples are intended to be sent to approved forensic expert laboratories as part of maintaining their approval, in accordance with Decree No. 97-109 of 6 February 1997, as amended by Decree No. 2016-796 of 14 June 2016. It comprises two inseparable services: - The production and packaging of biological samples intended to be sent to laboratories participating in the CNQ IEG; - Analysis of the results and preparation of the deliverables.
