France – Sewage, refuse, cleaning and environmental services – Framework agreement with purchase orders relating to sanitation services

Opportunity description

This contract is a framework agreement with purchase orders concerning, on the one hand, acceptance inspections for sanitation works and wastewater network diagnostics and, on the other hand, the cleaning of sanitation sites, the removal of treatment by-products, and the cleaning of the wastewater networks of the Communauté d’Agglomération du Grand Sénonais. The purpose of the contract is to conduct acceptance inspections for sanitation works and wastewater network diagnostics. The acceptance inspection services for sanitation works are broken down as follows: - Compaction testing of trench backfill - Visual inspection of main pipelines and connections - Leak-tightness testing of pipelines, manholes, connection boxes, and pumping/lift stations. As part of diagnostics, smoke tests on the networks and camera inspections to identify anomalies in the wastewater networks are also carried out under this contract. The purpose of the contract is to clean the technical installations at the sanitation department sites of the Communauté d’Agglomération du Grand Sénonais, remove treatment by-products, and clean the separate and combined wastewater networks of the municipalities of the Communauté d’Agglomération du Grand Sénonais. The services are broken down as follows: Treatment systems – Cleaning of the technical installations of treatment systems (wastewater treatment plants) and removal of treatment by-products. Collection systems – Cleaning of wastewater lift and pumping stations and cleaning of separate and combined wastewater networks. Procedure: open.
