Opportunity description

Ensure, for a period of 7 years, 7 months and 19 days, starting from 13/05/2027, the operation of the public sanitation service under a DSP contract. • The geographical scope for collective sanitation concerns the following 10 municipalities: • - upon the contract taking effect: Cavaillon, Cheval Blanc, Gordes, Les Beaumettes, Les Taillades, Oppède • - From 01/11/2027: Maubec • - From 01/01/2028: Cabrières d'Avignon, Lagnes, Robion • The geographical scope for non-collective sanitation concerns the following 11 municipalities: • - upon the contract taking effect: Cheval Blanc, Gordes, Les Beaumettes, Les Taillades, Oppède, Lourmarin, Robion, Vaugines • - From 01/11/2027: Maubec • - From 01/01/2028: Cabrières d'Avignon, Lagnes The delegated scope will consist of (with progressive integration as described above): 203 km of networks - 55 PR - 14 STEP - 6 stormwater basins - 5 storm overflows - Chargeable volume: 2 179 866 m³ (in 2025) - 3 856 non-collective sanitation installations Public service concession for collective and non-collective sanitation Procedure: open.
