The purpose of this contract is to provide maintenance, cleaning and upkeep services to keep indoor and outdoor sanitary networks (wastewater - stormwater - effluents) and the dry risers of the fire protection system in good working order, as well as so-called Hygiene services (Insect control, Rodent control, Disinfection) throughout the property portfolio belonging to the Public Housing Office.
