The expected master plan for collective wastewater sanitation will be a genuine multi-year management and planning tool for the REPV, which must make it possible to identify and pinpoint any malfunctions and inadequacies in the collection networks and treatment facilities, as well as the improvements to be made and the possible solutions in order to have a coherent and sustainable sanitation system across the territory of each municipality, or even to consider intermunicipal interconnections if possible. The study is divided into 6 phases: - Phase 1: Assessment of the current situation and data collection, - Phase 2: Measurement campaigns and field investigations, - Phase 3: Precise location of anomalies and network malfunctions, - Phase 4: Assessment of the operation of the sanitation system - diagnosis, - Phase 5: Preparation / updating of “collective/non-collective” sanitation zoning and public inquiry files, - Phase 6: Preparation of the Master Plan.
