France – Snow-clearing services – Snow clearance of secondary departmental roads (2 Lots)

Opportunity description

The services consist of clearing snow from departmental roads using a snow pusher and a scraping tool. The contractor shall provide all services required to carry out the snow clearance. These include, in particular, the provision of the vehicle and snow-clearing tools, fuel, driving personnel, and the means of communication necessary for proper performance, in accordance with the arrangements specified in the procurement documents. The snow-clearing services do not include any salting or gritting of the roadways. The snow-clearing services will be carried out on predefined routes, the courses of which are shown on the maps attached to the procurement documents. Single-award framework agreement for services involving purchase orders, with no minimum amount and an annual maximum amount of 30,000.00 euros excluding tax, in accordance with Articles R2162-2, R2162- 2° and R2162-13 to R2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code. This framework agreement is concluded from 13 November until 1 July 2027 for the initial period. On the contract renewal date, it may be renewed tacitly four (4) times for periods of one year as follows: Renewal No. 1: 12 months from 2 July 2027, Renewal No. 2: 12 months from 2 July 2028, Renewal No. 3: 12 months from 2 July 2029, Renewal No. 4: 12 months from 2 July 2030.
