France – Snow-clearing services – SNOW CLEARING OF SECONDARY DEPARTMENTAL ROADS AND MUNICIPAL ROADS UNDER A GROUP PURCHASING ARRANGEMENT COORDINATED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF AVEYRON

Opportunity description

The purpose of this contract is to provide snow-clearing services for secondary departmental roads and municipal roads under a group purchasing arrangement formed between the Department of Aveyron and the Municipality of Argences-en-Aubrac. The service consists of clearing snow from departmental and municipal roads using a plow vehicle and a scraping tool. The successful contractor shall provide all services required to carry out the snow clearing. These include, in particular, provision of the vehicle and snow-clearing tools, fuel, driving personnel, and the means of communication necessary for proper performance, in accordance with the procedures specified in the procurement documents. The snow-clearing service does not include any salting, sanding, or gritting of the roadways. The snow-clearing service shall be performed along the predefined route, the course of which is shown on the map attached to the procurement documents. Single-award framework agreement for services involving purchase orders, with no minimum amount and an annual maximum amount of EUR 25,000.00 excluding tax, in accordance with Articles R2162-2, R2162- 2° and R2162-13 to R2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code. This framework agreement is concluded from November 13, 2026 to July 1, 2027 for the initial period.
