France – Snow-clearing services – Winter maintenance services on roads and facilities managed by Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines

Opportunity description

The services requested under this consultation include all operations aimed at maintaining the roads and facilities managed by SQY in a serviceable condition allowing vehicle traffic during the winter period, from 15 November to 15 March of the following year. The main services expected are: - Interventions on the priority and secondary routes defined by SQY; - The provision of all human and material resources for the performance of the services; - The optimization of expenditure through the proper sizing of material resources in line with the proposed routes; - The preparation, conduct and management of interventions as part of an on-call service operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The contract is concluded at mixed prices. It comprises: - A fixed-price part, corresponding to services related to the provision of an on-call service during the winter period. This is the monthly fixed amount appearing in the Price Schedule, implemented for four months per year, for four years, i.e. 16 months; - A unit-price part for preventive, curative and one-off intervention services, paid by applying the unit prices, the wording of which is given in the Price Schedule, to the quantities actually performed.
