Opportunity description

The award procedure used is: the open adapted procedure for social and other specific services conducted pursuant to Articles L. 2123-1 and R. 2123-1 3° of the Public Procurement Code, in accordance with the notice relating to public procurement contracts concerning social and other specific services. The services are divided into ten lots. Each contract resulting from each lot is a single-award framework agreement with a minimum and a maximum, giving rise to the issuance of purchase orders. Each framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 12 months starting from 01/01/2027. Each framework agreement may then be renewed under the conditions specified below.
