Accommodation in hotels and youth hostels - excluding booking or stay organization platforms - for pregnant women and single parents with at least one child under three years of age, emancipated minors, applicants for minor status and young adults in the Amiens Métropole area. The consultation concerns lot No. 2: Young adults, emancipated minors and applicants for minor status. . Lot No. 1 was awarded as part of a previous consultation. The service is intended exclusively for hotels and youth hostels. The consultation is conducted under an adapted procedure pursuant to Articles L2123-1, R2123-1 3° and R.2131-15 of the French Public Procurement Code. The services under lot No. 2 give rise to a multi-awardee framework agreement (there will be five awardees, subject to a sufficient number of candidates and tenders). It will be performed by means of purchase orders, pursuant to Articles R.2162-2 and R.2162-4 of the French Public Procurement Code, as and when required by the Department, for a maximum order amount of 2 000 000 euro(s) excluding tax for the initial period and for each renewal period. The validity period of the framework agreement is the period during which purchase orders may be issued. The duration of the framework agreement is set at 1 year from its notification, tacitly renewable 2 times, as follows: - for a period of 1 year for the 1st renewal, - until 26 February 2029 for the 2nd renewal.
