The SNCF Group wishes to identify SaaS Management Platform (SMP) solutions capable of meeting its needs regarding SaaS portfolio governance. This initiative is part of a strategic commitment to professionalize the management of SaaS software assets across the group, covering both officially contracted applications and those falling under Shadow IT. The main objectives of this RFI are to: • Understand the functional coverage of SMP solutions available on the market • Assess the technical, commercial, and operational maturity of the vendors contacted • Identify pricing and deployment models suitable for a group with 110,000 digital workstations • Verify compliance with applicable regulatory and security requirements: GDPR, French labor law Review the original TED notice for the complete requirement, lots, amendments and attachments.
