France – Special-purpose road passenger-transport services – Collective transport for school, extracurricular and out-of-school activities

Opportunity description

The purpose of this contract is to provide collective passenger transport services, particularly for children and adolescents, for the City of VIENNE. Open invitation to tender subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. The services are divided into 4 lots. Each lot will be awarded separately. The framework agreement will be performed through the issuance of purchase orders. The services are paid for at unit prices. This procurement includes social performance conditions, details of which are set out in Annex 1 to the commitment document for the lots concerned. The contracting authority has decided to implement an initiative aimed at promoting employment. Consequently, the company awarded the contract must comply with the condition requiring it to reserve a volume of working hours for one or more person(s) from priority groups. Compliance with these provisions is a condition for the tender's conformity.
