Opportunity description

The Métabief Montagnes du Jura resort, located in the Doubs department, operates a ski area in winter and a bike park from May to October. The latter consists of 25 km of downhill mountain bike trails for all levels. The Syndicat Mixte du Mont d'Or (SMMO), the resort operator, now wishes to connect its mountain bike network to Switzerland as far as Vallorbe railway station, with enduro routes in particular. The stated intention is to offer routes suitable for all levels, meeting customer expectations and providing an optimal level of quality. However, the creation and maintenance of these routes requires not only qualified labor, but also suitable machinery. In order to ensure efficient and regular maintenance of these cross-border mountain bike routes, the SMMO wishes to acquire a remote-controlled tool carrier equipped with suitable equipment to restore the surface condition of the mountain bike routes. This action is part of the Passerelles project, selected under the INTERREG France-Switzerland 2021-2027 program, funded by the European Union. Procedure: open.
