France – Sports facilities operation services – Public service delegation for the management and operation of the PALESTRA aquatic center

Opportunity description

The purpose of this consultation is to entrust a delegatee with the management and operation of the PALESTRA aquatic center located in Chaumont (52 - Haute-Marne). Within the scope of its responsibilities, the Agglomération de Chaumont implemented the construction of a multi-activity complex named PALESTRA. This complex comprises, on the one hand, an aquatic center also featuring recreational and wellness areas and, on the other hand, for information purposes, a multipurpose sports, entertainment and events hall. An area shared by the various facilities provides access to the entire complex. The works were carried out under public project ownership. The PALESTRA complex opened its doors on 14 July 2021. Since its opening, the facility has been managed directly for the sports and cultural complex and through delegated management for the aquatic center. In this context, a public service delegation was concluded for a period of 5 years from 14 July 2021, and the contract will expire on 13 July 2026.
