France – Steel – NATIONAL FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR THE SUPPLY OF STEEL PIPES AND ACCESSORIES FOR DEEP GEOTHERMAL ENERGY

Opportunity description

The purpose of the procurement procedure is to establish a national framework agreement providing for the supply of steel pipes and accessories for deep geothermal energy. This framework agreement concerns Dalkia and its affiliated companies, which are responsible for geothermal operations or may be required to carry out work on geothermal facilities throughout French territory (metropolitan France). It is a single-supplier framework agreement with purchase orders, for a term of three years, renewable twice for a period of one year by express renewal (i.e. a maximum of 5 years). It will be concluded without a minimum turnover and with a maximum of 30 million euros excluding taxes over its total term of 5 years. It does not grant the contractor exclusivity over the needs of the contracting entity.
