Opportunity description

SDE35 exercises responsibility for public lighting for 236 municipalities and EPCIs and, in this capacity, carries out public-lighting renovation operations throughout the department. As the operator of the public-lighting network and the contracting authority for the related works, SDE35 has initiated a strategy aimed at supporting its member local authorities in deploying tools for the remote management of their installations, particularly in the context of the widespread adoption of LED lighting and the optimization of luminaire control. The purpose of this consultation is to award a framework agreement relating to the supply of connected clocks for works carried out under the project ownership of the Syndicat Départemental d’Energie 35. This contract also includes transport and delivery to the site. The contractor will also provide minimum training for installers and users, as well as the warranty and technical assistance.
