France – Structural shell work – CONSTRUCTION OF THE HOUSEHOLD WASTE COLLECTION OPERATIONS CENTER: THE LA PARADE TECHNOCENTER IN THE ZAC BARIDA IN AIX-EN-PROVENCE

Opportunity description

The purpose is to appoint the companies that will be responsible for constructing the household waste collection operations center: the La Parade technocenter, on a site of nearly 2 hectares, construction of a building for the administration and staff areas with 1,000 m² of floor area, 10,000 m² of parking area, 1,100 m² of storage area, a washing area and a diesel station subject to ICPE regulations. The technocenter consists of the Parking-Office building, which houses 50 refuse collection trucks, 240 light vehicles, office areas and team premises over 3 levels, and the single-story Workshop-Store building, which contains storage premises and vehicle maintenance workshops. This concerns earthworks, roads and various utility networks, as well as external works. This concerns demolition, asbestos removal, earthworks, structural shell work, structure, foundations and framing. This concerns waterproofing work. This lot concerns partitions, linings, suspended ceilings, interior joinery, hard floor coverings and wall coverings, painting and cleaning. The work covered by this CCTP includes all work relating to the timber façades, including secondary framing, insulation and interior timber facings, as well as exterior timber joinery and sheet-metal roofing works for the La Parade Technocenter, whose Workshop-Store building façades and office-area façades have timber frames. The work concerned is as follows: - steel joinery, steel doors and grilles; - glazed assemblies and glazed frames; - metalwork, guardrails, grilles, gates, bumpers; - sectional doors. The high-current electrical work concerns the following services: The site's grounding network, lightning protection, voltage sources (transformer substation and Main Low-Voltage Switchboard), Main Switchboards (Main Low-Voltage Switchboard and Main Safety Switchboard), capacitor bank, UPS network (UPS and Main UPS Switchboard), Distribution Boards – Cabinets – Enclosures, meters, Emergency Stops, routing of High-Current cables and conduits, power and lighting distribution, lighting (interior, exterior and emergency), small electrical equipment (power outlets, lighting controls), telephony, WIFI, security system (Video surveillance, Access control, intrusion prevention), Video intercom/Intercom, Fire Safety System, Safety Intercom System, Building Management System, routing of Low-Current cables and conduits. The Electrical lot also includes installation of photovoltaic generation. This concerns heating, ventilation, cooling, smoke extraction, special fluids and sanitary plumbing installations. The following are mainly required: -Construction of Diesel and AdBlue unloading, storage and filtration structures, -Construction of pumps and distribution structures.
