This consultation is being conducted within the framework of a joint procurement procedure in accordance with Articles L. 2113-6 to L. 2113-8 of the French Public Procurement Code with the following entities: - Le Mans Métropole - City of Le Mans Its objective is to conclude a framework agreement with a maximum amount of EUR 1,000,000 excluding tax for each local authority for the duration of the contract and will result in the conclusion of subsequent contracts. It will be awarded to a maximum of 3 economic operators (subject to a sufficient number of tenders). The duration of the contract is 13 months, subject to notification of the contract on 1 December 2026, which does not constitute a firm date Procedure: open.
