Management of French and foreign subscriptions (subscription orders, renewals, cancellations) for approximately 310 subscriptions to 142 different titles for the departments and schools of the City of Antibes. This is a framework agreement with purchase orders, with a minimum and maximum, and one economic operator, for newspapers and daily newspapers + supplements (across all media), general periodicals and specialized periodical journals + supplements (across all media and publication frequencies), binders and updates, and documentary resource websites for non-school departments.
