Routine and specialized maintenance work on anchored walls, concerning the facings, drainage systems, and anchor heads. The contract concerns routine maintenance of the drainage system and specialized maintenance of the drainage systems and anchor heads: the work includes, in particular, the removal and refitting of metal or concrete protective caps, corrosion removal and greasing of the heads (329 units), as well as inspections and technical opinions on the condition of the anchor heads, localized patching of the facings (99 m²), removal of render from the walls (600 m²), and restoration of render (416 m²).
