The purpose of the procurement procedure is to conclude a single-award framework agreement to be performed as and when purchase orders are issued concerning asphalt surfacing work on various roads, parking lots and public spaces within the territory of Brest Métropole, carried out by Brest Métropole and/or SPL Eau du Ponant. Pursuant to Articles L.2113-6 to L.2113-7 of the French Public Procurement Code, the procurement procedure is being conducted within the framework of the Permanent Purchasing Group for recurring needs.
