The consultation is launched in the form of an open call for tenders pursuant to Articles R2161-2 to R2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code (CCP). The contract is at a global and fixed price. The contract may benefit from European co-financing. The services will be covered by a single contract. Pursuant to Article L2113-11 of the Public Procurement Code, the decision not to divide this contract into lots is justified by the following reason(s): - the subject matter of the contract does not allow separate services to be identified, and awarding separate lots risks making the performance of the services technically difficult.
