The procurement procedure used is: open tender. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the French Public Procurement Code. This is a framework agreement with a maximum amount of 490,000.00 euro(s) excluding tax, which will be performed through the issuance of purchase orders. The purpose of this framework agreement is to carry out project management assignments as part of the construction of four multimodal transport hubs (PEM) at existing stations along the Yellow Train route in order to promote sustainable mobility in the territories of the Catalan Upper Cantons. The four multimodal transport hubs (PEM) concern the following territories: - Villefranche-de-Conflent / Vernet-Les-Bains - Mont-Louis / La Cabanasse - Font-Romeu via Odeillo - Latour-de-Carol / Enveitg Procedure: open.
