Opportunity description
The Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur Region wishes to use the services of qualified providers to carry out Project Management Assistance assignments in Programming, Technical Assistance for all trades (TCE), Construction Economics, Environmental Quality, Catering Engineering (kitchen and HACCP) and design of educational workshops, and Public procurement legal assistance as part of construction, restructuring, extension and maintenance operations carried out in high schools and other regional buildings. This contract concerns the following geographical area: the departments of Hautes-Alpes, Alpes-de-Haute-Provence and Vaucluse. The precise definition of the requirement is set out in the CCTP. The services are covered by a single unit-price contract. The contract is concluded by means of a framework agreement within the meaning of Articles R. 2162-2 et seq. of the Public Procurement Code with one economic operator. The framework agreement sets out all contractual provisions; it will be performed as purchase orders are issued under the conditions laid down in Articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. It is awarded without a minimum annual amount and with a maximum annual amount of 300,000 euro(s) excluding tax. The procedures for issuing purchase orders are set out in the CCAP.
