This is a framework agreement with purchase orders and a maximum amount, concluded with several contractors (maximum of 3 economic operators), subject to a sufficient number of tenders. A grant application for the contract will be submitted to the Water Agency (contribution of up to 50% of the expenditure) and to the Department (contribution of up to 10% of the expenditure).
