Opportunity description

The contract includes optional phases defined in the specifications. Details of the tasks entrusted to the contractor are set out in the specifications. The services are paid for at fixed prices. The Departmental Council of Lot-et-Garonne has decided to undertake the rehabilitation and redevelopment of the Pont de Pierre. This bridge crosses the Garonne and the riverside roads and allows the D 656 to connect the municipality of AGEN with the municipality of LE PASSAGE, with two sets of 3 lanes. The bridge carries sensitive utility networks (TIGF gas, municipal gas, electricity, district heating network, …) and lies within the perimeter of listed historic monuments. It is located within a sensitive natural area where spawning grounds have been identified, and a notable population of bats has been identified on the structure. A diagnosis of the bridge was prepared under a previous project management contract. The project manager appointed through this consultation will be required to assimilate the data from the previous diagnosis, update it and supplement it. The structure will be modelled to understand the functioning of the structures and their ancillary components. This modelling must make it possible to incorporate data on bridge usage (traffic counts, …). The collection of information must make it possible to identify the condition of the parts of the structure and the extent of the heritage, regulatory, technical, ecological and operational issues. The project manager must establish a works programme. In addition, the project manager must produce an environmental diagnosis around the structure in order to prepare an impact assessment of the planned works (bats, spawning grounds, etc.).
