France – Systems and support services – Assistance with the operation of the instrumentation and control systems and electrical equipment of the CD facility

Opportunity description

The purpose of this contract is to define the conditions under which the Contractor performs the services of ‘assistance with the operation of the instrumentation and control systems and electrical equipment of the CD facility. FIRM SERVICES: The Contractor shall be responsible for the following firm services: - Task A: Assistance with checking measurement loops, - Task B: Monitoring or carrying out upgrade work relating to ECC topics, - Task C: Management, performance and monitoring of ECC laboratory tests, - Task D: Performance of electrical/instrumentation and control work, - Task E: Assistance with process testing and commissioning. - The services and deliverables expected under the firm services are detailed in the specifications cited in Article 2 above. OPTIONAL SERVICES: The services and deliverables expected under the optional services are detailed in the specifications cited in Article 2 above. • Option 1: extension of the services for an additional 12 months. SERVICES BASED ON A MODIFICATION SHEET SUBJECT TO A PRIOR QUOTATION (FDMDP): Services under an FDMDP concern the performance of modification services directly related to the subject matter of the contract.
