Opportunity description
The framework agreement includes the operation and maintenance services for the Fire Safety Systems (SSI), automatic extinguishing and smoke extraction installations of the units and services managed by the CNRS Ile-de-France Gif-sur-Yvette Delegation. The descriptions of the services to be performed set out in this document and its annexes constitute the minimum to be performed. The contractor must supplement them as necessary to comply with regulations and performance objectives. The services are broken down as follows: - Service start-up period from notification of the framework agreement to the contractor - Routine operation period (preventive and corrective maintenance up to and including level 4 - cf. Articles 12.3.3 of the CCTP and 17.1). - Services outside routine operation for level 5 maintenance relating to the BPU, spare parts, vandalism, and damage detailed in the CCTP. - Subsequent contract (based on a quotation) for occasional and specific needs not fully defined in the framework agreement. Lump sum: • for preventive and corrective maintenance for the operation of the Gif-sur-Yvette, Orsay and Palaiseau sites, intervention up to and including level 4, the services for which are listed, at a minimum, in Article 16.1 of the CCTP. Within the limits of the services referred to as “outside the lump sum” in Article 17 of the CCTP. These services are performed on the basis of a DPGF. • for the first year of performance relating to specific assignments at the start of the framework agreement (Article 29 CCTP), performed on the basis of lump sums per unit indicated in the DPGF. Based on the BPU for level 5 preventive and corrective maintenance for services referred to as “outside the lump sum,” detailed in Article 17.1 “services outside the lump sum” of the CCTP, with the exception of “specific services.” Interventions for which the cost of spare parts exceeds 200 euros are subject to a deductible (see Annex A1 of the CCTP). Subsequent contracts for occasional and specific preventive and corrective maintenance outside the lump sum and outside the BPU, in accordance with the “specific services” article of the CCTP, and for interventions for which the cost of spare parts exceeds 200 euros. A deductible is then applied (see Annex A1 of the CCTP). Procedure: open. Review the original TED notice for the complete requirement, lots, amendments and attachments.
