Opportunity description

The purpose of the framework agreement is to provide beneficiaries with contractual support enabling them to access project owner support services for digital transformation for their digital projects and products. This lot contains a set of units of work aimed in particular at supporting beneficiaries: with studies of their information systems (urban planning, architecture, infrastructure); with audits (operational system, project). This lot contains a set of units of work aimed at: * raising beneficiaries' awareness of methods * familiarizing beneficiaries with their Cloud migration projects * training and communicating with the stakeholders of an IT project. This lot contains a set of units of work aimed in particular at supporting beneficiaries: * with the formalization of an expression of need * with the drafting of the SFG/SFD * with level 1 and 2 user support. This lot makes it possible to adapt the units of work to the beneficiaries' needs by specifying their characteristics and their performance conditions for each specific context. An MS may contain customized UOs for assistance with: carrying out studies developing projects project management change management third-party application acceptance testing. This lot contains a set of units of work aimed in particular at supporting beneficiaries: with the design and execution of functional acceptance testing; with test automation. This lot does not contain the UOs dedicated to technical acceptance testing. This lot contains a set of units of work aimed in particular at supporting beneficiaries: * with drafting your CCTPs and analyzing bids * with benchmarking and sourcing. This lot contains a set of units of work aimed in particular at providing beneficiaries with expertise: in agile management; additional expertise relating to project owner support. Procedure: open.
